Sending communications
To submit papers to the congress, an abstract must be sent online using the forms shown below, depending on the type of paper.The deadline for submission of papers will open on October 30, 2024 until January 15, 2025. Once the abstract has been sent, the corresponding author will automatically and immediately receive an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt, in which he/she can check the text and the data sent. It is the author’s responsibility to contact the organisation if he/she does not receive the automatic acknowledgement of receipt or if there is any error in the data sent, by sending an e-mail to the address with the subject “Error in data, scientific committee”.
Authors will not choose the type of presentation of the papers, the Scientific Committee will select the papers with the highest scores to be defended orally based on the peer review scores (see more information about the review and selection here). The Scientific Committee will communicate to the interested parties before 15 February 2025 the format of the presentation.
Upon notification of acceptance of the oral communication/poster, the presenting author must register for the conference by 15 April 2025. If the presenter is unable to register for the congress, he/she must propose another co-author who must register for the congress in order to present the paper before 15 March 2025, informing the organisation by e-mail with the subject “Change of presenter, scientific committee”.
Authors of papers registered for the congress will receive a certificate of the work presented, which will be handed out in person at the congress. In the event of a typing error, please contact the organisation by sending an e-mail to with the subject “Certified error”.
The abstract of the paper will be published in a conference proceedings book, provided that the presenter of the paper is registered for the conference before 15 March 2025. Authors who do not want their abstract to appear in the book should send an email to with the subject “Do not include book, scientific committee”, indicating that they do not want their abstract to be included before 15 March 2025.
